TONY PALLADINO

Back in 2020 I was working in finance in San Francisco. But I had a wake up call when my father suffered a devastating stroke, and I finally realized that your health gives you the freedom to live your life to the fullest.

So I started to shift the gears on my trajectory and inject my passion into fitness. I now dedicate my career to helping others avoid the same fate as my father.

I came from your side of the aisle - and I know what it's like to carry out the responsibilities and deadlines of the corporate world. I'm here to guide you to a healthier way of moving and eating that fits into your demanding schedule.

I hold certifications with ACE & Pn1 Nutrition (Levels 1 & 2), while also instructing other aspiring trainers as an educator through the PPSC (Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification).

I ultimately just love helping people perform better AT LIFE. Nothing gives me more happiness than seeing people transform into a better human through the power of fitness.

I chose functional strength training because not only did I want to gain strength and build muscle, but I also wanted to get out of pain, gain more mobility, reduce anxiety & stress and function better outside the gym.
